I own Alpen Bino's of which a small knob broke off and needed replacement. Upon researching on the web and finding out Alpen had gone out of business, Explore Scientific came up as the support Co. So I went ahead and contacted them. Jessica Hill was the Cust Serv Rep who patiently and meticulously researched finding the best possible match. After numerous emails and pictures I sent her, She delivered! IMPRESSIVE! Especially when this item has little to no monetary value for the Co. Jessica Hill is truly the perfect example of how all employees should perform in order to help a client as well as making Explore Scientific stand out & succeed.
